Q. Can we bring our own bedsheets and can we clean the apartment ourselves?

No, we outsourced this services and need to pay them, so it’s required.

Q. Are the apartments smoke-free?

Yes, smoking is strictly forbidden. You can smoke your cigaretes outside, so that we keep the apartments clean.

Q. Can we arrive another day than saturday?

In general; no. You can only arrive on Saturday. During the high-season we only rent the apartments for 1 week. If you want to rent an apartment during the low-season, you might arrive another day and you might stay less than 7 night. Please fill in our contact form to get a personal offer.

Q. Can we bring our dog?

No, we are sorry. We try to keep the rooms and apartments as clean as possible, and it is very hard to achive that with dogs.

Q. Are there English speaking ski teachers?

Yes. Loads of them. Contact the ESF in La Chapelle d’Abondance to get more information.

Q. Is there enough snow?

The 680 KMs of slopes on a altitude range between 1100 and 2500 meter has usualy enough snow from December till April.

Q. How far are you located from the ski slopes?

Résidence La Joly is right in front of the ski area Crêt-Béni, a ski area with 6 lifts, slopes for beginners and experienced skiers. They offer relatively cheap passes. We are 5 minutes driving (free shuttle-bus) located from the Panhtiaz and 15 minutes (€1,50 shuttle bus) from the Linga in Châtel.

Q. Do you have last-minute offers?

We are normally fully booked in the high season weeks. Sometimes we get a cancellation and you can call or mail us to get more information about last-minutes.
